Most Ghanaian businesses sit on data they never use. Amentem turns it into decisions — clear dashboards, reliable forecasts, and practical AI that saves time and finds revenue, all sized for real businesses rather than corporations with unlimited budgets.
What we do
We build dashboards that show what is actually happening in your business, forecast sales and cash flow, apply AI to repetitive work, and turn scattered records into customer insight you can act on.
What's included
Business intelligence dashboards; sales and demand forecasting; customer data analysis and segmentation; process automation; practical AI adoption and tooling; and data cleanup and integration across the systems you already run.
Why Amentem
We start from your decisions, not the technology. The result is analytics people actually use, not an expensive dashboard nobody opens.
Who this is for
- Businesses with data they never use
- Owners guessing at stock, pricing or demand
- Teams drowning in repetitive manual work
- Companies wanting AI applied practically, not theoretically
How we work
1. Audit
We find what data you already hold and what decisions it could inform.
2. Build
Dashboards and forecasts tied to the decisions you actually make.
3. Automate
Repetitive work moved off your team where it pays for itself.
4. Embed
Training so the tools get used after we leave.
Frequently asked questions
Is AI realistic for a small business in Ghana?
Yes — used practically. Forecasting, automating repetitive tasks, and customer insight deliver value quickly without large budgets. We focus on what pays for itself.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
Usually not. We work with the data from the tools you already use and integrate rather than rip-and-replace where we can.

Where we work
We are headquartered in Accra and work across Ghana — Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Cape Coast and Ho — and with clients throughout West Africa, including Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal and Togo.
Beyond the region, we support companies expanding into East and Southern African markets such as Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and South Africa under the AfCFTA, and we advise international businesses entering Africa for the first time.
We also work extensively with the diaspora. Whether you are in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands or the Gulf, we act as your accountable team on the ground and report in your time zone.
Working with Amentem
Every engagement is led by a partner, not handed to a junior. You get one accountable point of contact, written updates you can act on, and clear scope agreed before any work starts — so you always know what is being done, by whom, and what it costs.
We work remotely as standard, which means distance is never a barrier. Documents are shared securely, meetings are scheduled around your time zone, and you receive the same standard of service whether you are down the road in Accra or several continents away.
What it costs and how long it takes
Every engagement is scoped and priced before it starts, so there are no surprises. Smaller pieces of work are quoted as a fixed fee; ongoing support is available on a monthly retainer. We will tell you honestly if what you need is smaller than you think, or if it is not something we should be doing for you at all.
Timelines depend on what is involved and on third parties such as registries, regulators and counterparties. We give you a realistic schedule at the outset and tell you promptly when something outside our control changes it.
Why this matters
Most of the expensive problems we are asked to fix were cheap to prevent. A missed filing, an unverified title, a system nobody was trained on, a contract nobody read — each starts small and compounds. Getting this right early costs a fraction of correcting it later, and it removes the risk that quietly limits what your organisation can do next.
